Ad Astra Kitchen aims to make it easier to eat sustainably by sourcing ingredients from local small businesses, co-ops, employee-owned businesses as much as possible. We aim to end slavery in the chocolate industry by supporting local direct trade chocolatiers and always use fairtrade cocoa. Learn more about our standards and why we make these choices here.

Ad Astra Kitchen sells year-round (with the occasional week off) on the Whidbey Island Grown Cooperative Food Hub.
New to the Food Hub?. Ordering is open Friday afternoon through Tuesday evening each week for Friday delivery or pickup at locations across Whidbey. No minimum order, no membership fee, just great food from local farms and producers year-round.

South Whidbey Tilth is located at the intersection of SR-525 and Thompson Road. The Farmer’s Market is on Sundays from 11-3, May 4 – Oct. 19.
Pre-order drop events
At this time, pre-order drop events are limited to Tilth market appearances. Pre-order is not required but does allow customers more customization options and a guaranteed order pickup during the event, regardless of day-of sell outs or menu changes.
