Excellent food starts with excellent ingredients. Ad Astra Kitchen aims to make it easier to eat sustainably by sourcing ingredients from local small businesses, co-ops, employee-owned businesses as much as possible. We aim to end slavery in the chocolate industry by supporting local direct trade chocolatiers and always use fairtrade cocoa. Learn more about our standards and why we make these choices here.

Ad Astra Kitchen sells year-round (with the occasional week off) on the Whidbey Island Grown Cooperative Food Hub, an online farmer’s market of sorts. Ordering is open Friday afternoon through Tuesday evening each week for Friday pickup.

South Whidbey Tilth is located at the intersection of SR-525 and Thompson Road. The Farmer’s Market is every Sunday from 11-3.
